A New Chapter for Engel & Völkers Sonoma County

Why We’re Here, What We Believe, and Where We’re Going
Some decisions feel inevitable. Not because they are easy, but because they are aligned. They reflect who you are, what you’ve built, and the deeper vision guiding it all. Stepping into the role of License Partner and Shop Manager of Engel & Völkers Sonoma County with my fellow License Partner, Lindsey Ehrlicher Styles is exactly that: a purpose-driven choice both long prepared for, shaped by intention, discipline, and a belief in what this brand can become.
This represents an intentional movement toward a more defined experience—for our clients, for our advisors, and for the region we have the privilege of serving.
From Strategic Partner to Steward of a Brand
My career has spanned over two decades and crossed more than 30 industries, but in the last ten years, I found myself consistently pulled toward the housing space. I’ve found that this industry is a space where brand, strategy, emotion, and precision all intersect. And it’s where I’ve had the honor of serving as a trusted advisor to many—quietly helping shape outcomes, reputations, and revenue.
Since 2018, I’ve worked closely with the Ehrlicher Styles Group, supporting them in transacting over $450 million in real estate and helping elevate their presence to one that now carries the Diamond Level and Private Office designations. The work may be behind the scenes, but the impact is deeply felt.
Now, it’s time to step forward—not to take the stage, but to hold the space.
Leadership is a practice in stewardship - in shaping business and the culture that defines it. Leaders ensure every detail is intentional. As the new Shop Manager, my focus is on delivering excellence at every touchpoint, growing thoughtfully, and elevating this market in a way that sets a clear marker for how Real Estate should be experienced.
Meet My Partner: Lindsey Ehrlicher Styles
Leadership is truly built on a foundation of quiet strength. That is precisely what Lindsey brings. As my Co-License Partner she is essential to the DNA of our next chapter. She carries with her a reputation of refined advisory, deep community connection, and an intuitive understanding of what clients need before they speak it.
Together, we are committed to the same principles: representation as experiences you can feel, luxury as unreasonable hospitality, and leadership as responsibility.
My Vision For Real Estate
Real estate is the product, yes—but what we offer is something much more profound: trust, clarity, representation, and experience. These are the cornerstones of luxury, and they are what define Engel & Völkers at its best.
Too often, the word “luxury” is conflated with excess. To us, it means discretion. It means taking the extra moment to listen before speaking. It means curating, not rushing. And most importantly, it means being relentless in the pursuit of consistency—for our agents and for the clients they serve.
We are building a brand experience in Sonoma County that is thoughtfully built. One that reflects the legacy of the Engel & Völkers brand and now rooted in the rich, elegant backdrop of California’s wine country.
Let me be clear: we are not here to compete. We are here to lead.
That means leading with empathy, excellence, and unreasonable hospitality. We are raising the bar for what is expected in this industry and what else is possible.
We believe:
- That every transaction deserves the same level of precision and presence.
- That advisors deserve to be trained, mentored, and empowered to grow with intention.
- That our shops must reflect the values of the communities we serve.
- And that leadership is felt through consistent, aligned action.
This is our foundation. And from here, we build.
For Advisors: This Is Your Moment
Whether you’re an established top producer or an agent looking to elevate your next chapter, the vision we are creating is for YOU.
We’re intentionally crafting a space where you are deeply supported, challenged, and celebrated. We’re building the kind of culture that attracts the best because it is led by the best. And we are doing it with humility, rigor, and unmatched passion.
Expect elevated training, support in building your brand presence, high-touch mentorship, and the kind of collaboration that creates true career growth.
If you’ve been searching for a team that will align with and grow with you—this is the moment. Come sit at our table.
For Clients: Welcome to a New Standard
We understand that when you buy or sell a home, you’re doing more than moving—you’re evolving. You’re writing the next chapter of your life story. And that deserves the utmost care.
With this new leadership team in place, Engel & Völkers Sonoma County is setting a new standard for client experience—where white-glove service is just the beginning, and excellence is the baseline.
You will feel it in our conversations, our marketing, our contracts, and our negotiations. Every part of your journey will reflect the precision, professionalism, and poise we stand for.
Where We’re Headed
We are not building this for the next year—we are building this for the next decade.
Our ambition is to establish Engel & Völkers Sonoma County as the definitive real estate experience in Northern California. With roots in Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Sonoma, and Mendocino County, and a vision that reaches far beyond the transaction, this next chapter is one of depth, elevation, and intentional growth.
There is no rush. No shortcuts. Just a steady, grounded commitment to doing this the right way—with design, with discipline, and with deep respect for the trust placed in us.
To the agents we’re calling in: we see you.
To the clients we’re committed to: we’re ready.
To the market we now serve as stewards: we’re just getting started.
With clarity, conviction, and care,
Bianca Broos
